Summer Sales Internship

Position Duration: June-August 2025 | Remote | 10 hours/week

We’re seeking a proactive and persuasive Summer Sales Intern to help increase visibility and sales of SoulFilling’s product offerings. This role is perfect for someone interested in entrepreneurship, direct outreach, and purpose-driven business development. You’ll be responsible for helping generate product sales (books, pendants, journals, Spark Pack, etc.) through outreach, relationship-building, and strategic marketing efforts designed to convert interest into action.

This role blends traditional sales activities with sales-aligned marketing efforts to drive real-world results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Research and reach out to potential customers, collaborators, boutiques, bookstores, gift shops, and organizations aligned with SoulFilling’s mission (e.g., adoption centers, parenting networks, faith-based organizations).

  • Pitching Products: Craft and send pitches for SoulFilling’s adoption-centered offerings, highlighting gift opportunities, bulk purchase potential, or retail placement.

  • Email Follow-Up & CRM Support: Track outreach efforts, follow up with interested leads, and help organize communications in a simple CRM or spreadsheet format.

  • Pinterest Product Boards: Build and optimize Pinterest boards to drive traffic to SoulFilling’s shop pages and increase product discovery.

  • YouTube & LinkedIn Optimization: Assist in organizing video content and streamlining business presence to support overall brand trust and product credibility.

  • Sales-Driven Content Support: Create simple product descriptions, promo blurbs, and visuals (using Canva or templates) for limited-time promotions or product features.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Interest in sales, entrepreneurship, or nonprofit business development

  • Familiarity with Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn

  • Comfortable researching leads and reaching out via email or social media

  • Organized, reliable, and a self-starter

  • Bonus: Interest in adoption advocacy, positive psychology, or purpose-driven brands
